Warialda Water Supply - PFAS Testing - Private Bore Owners

As part of a NSW Government bore water screening program free sampling of privately owned bores within the Warialda community will be available on an opt-in basis on Tuesday 8 April to Thursday 10 April 2025.

The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is supporting Council to try and locate the source of PFAS in the Warialda water supply. Residents of Warialda are being offered free bore sampling on their property. Participants will receive the results for their bore and the information may help identify the source of the PFAS in the water supply.
