Residents and ratepayers are advised that Gwydir Shire Council will be closed on Monday 27 January 2025 for the Australia Day Public Holiday.

Council services and facilities that will be closed include:

• Bingara Council Office and Warialda Council Office

• Warialda Service NSW Office and Bingara Service NSW Office

• Warialda Visitor Information Centre and Bingara Visitor Information Centre

• Warialda CHSP Office and Bingara CHSP Office

• Bingara Library and Warialda Library

• Bingara Toy Library and Warialda Toy Library

• Bingara Preschool

• Tharawonga Mobile Preschool

• Warialda Landfill and Bingara Landfill

• Bingara Centrelink Agency
