The aim of this Pesticide Use Notice is to fulfil the general right of the community to be aware of any pesticide applied to outdoor public places by Council staff or other accredited persons contracted by Council. This Notice allows community members the option to avoid such outdoor public places and any forms of contact with such pesticide.
