Council Documents for Public Exhibition

Under the Local Government Act 1993, Gwydir Shire Council must put on display various documents, plans and strategies for public review and comment. Under this section you will find all Council documents, plans and strategies that are currently on Public Exhibition and you are invited to review these documents and make comment via the channels instructed within these.

Plans of Managment

A Plan of Management (PoM) is a requirement under the Local Government Act 1993 and Crown Land Management Act 2016 for all public land classified as community land. It provides strategic planning and governance for the ongoing management and use of the reserve.
